Today's profile on an organization is for the Pennsylvania Higher Education Foundation, an organization dedicated to strengthening the nursing community in PA.
One visit to their website (www.futuresinnursing.org) and you can see the time and care which was spent detailing everything from student aid to nursing basics. The PHEF donates millions of dollars each year to nursing schools in Pennsylvania to assist their academic program in nursing for increasing enrollment, improve student retention, and improve licensure pass rates. Schools can also use these funds given to them by the PHEF to improve an already existing program that they have in place.
